Language Assistance Services
LifeMed Institute provides language assistance services to individuals with limited English proficiency when necessary to provide meaningful access to our health care services.

How to Request Assistance or File a Grievance
If you believe that LifeMed Institute has failed to provide appropriate access, accommodations, language assistance, or has otherwise discriminated against you, you may contact our office to discuss your concerns or file a grievance.

Individuals may also file a civil rights complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights (OCR).
