Mariah graduated from Harford Community College with her Associate Degree in Nursing in 2023, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Towson University later that year. She began her nursing career on a busy cardiac medical-surgical floor at Franklin Square Hospital managing patients with complex cardiac conditions. She then transitioned from acute care to wellness in 2024 at Lifemed Institute to allow her to help individuals take a more proactive approach to their health through lifestyle changes, education, and personalized wellness strategies.
