A native of the Delaware beaches, Lydia began her nursing journey at the Margaret H. Rollins School of Nursing, where she earned her nursing diploma in 2017. While working full-time as a Registered Nurse in the ICU at Beebe Healthcare, she pursued her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) as a part-time student—demonstrating early on her dedication to both patient care and professional growth.

She continued to build her expertise in critical care, eventually relocating to northern Delaware to join the Neuro ICU at Christiana Care, one of the region’s leading healthcare systems. After years of hands-on bedside experience, Lydia decided to transition away from the hospital setting and explore her growing interest in aesthetics and dermatology. She began working as a Registered Nurse at Premier Cosmetic Surgery under their board-certified plastic surgeons, where she gained valuable experience in both functional and cosmetic procedures, as well as patient-centered aesthetic care.

Motivated to expand her scope and impact, she enrolled in Walden University’s Master of Science in Nursing program and completed the Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) track. She graduated in 2024 and earned national board certification through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), officially becoming a certified FNP-C.

Today, Lydia blends her critical care background, aesthetic experience, and advanced education with an integrative approach—focusing on whole-body healing. Her mission is to empower patients to take control of their health by addressing the root causes of symptoms, rather than just treating them. Whether patients are seeking to rebalance hormones, enhance energy, improve metabolism, or age with intention, Lydia provides compassionate, personalized care in a wellness-driven environment. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, cuddling with her dog, or traveling with friends.
