ESWT was able to stimulate the proliferation of fibroblast and keratocyte cells, leading to a higher number, density, and realignment of collagen fibers Type I, an increase in expression of FGF1, FGF2, and FGFR1, indicating the neocollagenesis and neoelastogenesis, and the expression of Ki67 for the proliferation of endothelial cells of the skin in individual with obesity.
